All finish times are approximate so you will need to be flexible.
We may ask if you are able to change or amend your sessions to help us out but this is entirely voluntary.
Preference is given to volunteers who are available for four or more sessions and priority will be given to people who are available to volunteer for a number of sessions across multiple days. Session options are listed below
Lunch will be provided for volunteers on the morning session and supper will be provided for those on the evening session, regretfully only campers and volunteers who are working all day can be given lunch and supper. Tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits will be available at all times. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements. There are other catering options available to purchase on the site. To reiterate, those volunteers who are camping will receive lunch and supper.
Applicants under the age of 18 will need to provide a signed parental consent form and code of conduct and may be contacted for a telephone interview. In addition, we require that all under 18 applications have the applicants personal email address and that they ensure that the account is able to accept incoming emails (we find that many school email inboxes tend to be full!).
Free camping is available for volunteers over the age of 18, those under 18 have to be camping with someone over the age of 21 and cannot stay on site if that person leaves.
Monday and Friday morning sessions have a reduced requirement for volunteers, when the Festival schedule is finalised we will have a better idea on our requirement.
We look forward to meeting new friends and old…
