We select food vendors offering an exceptional culinary experience to our discerning visitors.  Each stall should present a single offering, to avoid duplication with other vendors i.e.beef burgers or hot dogs or hog roast or pizza. All successful applicants will be notified by email and an invoice raised for payment.

  • Logistics

    The minimum frontage is 4m and maximum depth we can offer is 6m. Power is charged in addition, as below.

  • Note: All successful applicants will be required to submit the following documentation by 1st May 2019:

    • Stars Certificate issued by your local authority
    • Health & Safety Inspection Report
    • Risk Assessment
    • Food & Hygiene Certificates
    • Gas Safety Record
    • Food Liability Insurance

  • Due to the position of the food village, and the space available, vehicles will not be permitted to park behind food stalls, unless they are refrigerated vehicles. Once stock replenishment has been completed each day, vehicles will be required to move to the car park. Please advise if you have a refrigerated vehicle & we will attempt to accommodate.

  • This is sufficient space to accommodate your entire stall, including guy ropes etc. The prices are for the entire week Mon to Sun (7 days). You are required to book for the duration of the Festival which is Monday 24th June to Sunday 30th June 2019. However, there are times during the Schools Festival (Tuesday – Thursday) when trade is not so busy and it is entirely your decision whether you have staff on site. The weekend is a very busy time, but we are also open to the public from 2pm to 9pm Monday to Thursday. We would ask that you are open to trade during these times.
  • GENERATORS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UNLESS BUILT INTO YOUR VEHICLE OVERLOADING OF ADAPTOR SOCKETS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED & ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE MADE.
